+These are the main topics exposed in the 1st sprint retroespective meeting and our conclusion:

+What have we done?
+       We have already developed some of the use cases stated in the project, as the login for the owner with the
+respective GUI and program logic changed. And apart from that, we have also made same changes in the DB working way
+, since we have changed it to being opened and closed every time is consulted. Apart from that, we made the owner able of
+adding houses and removing them.
+
+What haven't we done?
+
+       We do not achieve the use case of removing and modifying offers, and also the one of modifying rural houses.

+What will we do?
+
+       We will try finishing before the unfinished stories of the first it, and the we will try to finish the main use
+cases of the project in adittion to the new ones created due to the meeting with Manolo Pillaste the major of Villatripas 
+de Arriba. Our aim is to have the third iteration to make some improvements to the project itself that were not stated in
+the project statement. This new features were discussed with Manolo Pillaste.
